When it comes to picking your wedding venue, not only do you want a space that matches perfectly with your style and the number of guests that you are going to have in attendance, but you also want to be sure that the venue can provide you with the services that you need. When looking at wedding venues, be sure to ask about these four services:

1. Catering: Catering can be expensive, however, many wedding venues offer catering services with your rental of their space. This can definitely be a convenient option for you and since it is bundled with the cost of renting out the venue, it can even be more affordable. However, if you already have caterers in mind that you would rather hire, you need to ask whether or not the venue will allow you to utilize a different catering company. Some venues may request that only their catering services are utilized. 
2. Tables, Chairs, and Linens: Another convenient service that wedding venues may provide is access to enough tables, chairs, and linens for your wedding party. Not only do you not have to worry about renting these things out yourself, but you can also be sure that all of these things are set up early that day, which is one less thing to stress about. However, if you want specific colors or style when it comes to the tables, chairs, and linens, you need to ask whether or not they have options or if you can bring in your own. 
3. Setup and Clean Up: Always be sure to ask if setup and clean up is available, as well. If this is not available, you will need to hire your own event planning services that can provide these services. If you don't have a setup crew, it can put stress on you and your family to get the venue ready; and if clean up is not done after the event, you can be charged a hefty fee. 
4. Equipment: Many wedding venues will have audio equipment available for your DJ to use, as well as your maid of honor, the best man, and others to use to make a speech or toast. You must be sure to ask about this because if it's not available, you will have to rent out this equipment yourself.
